哈哈我也去健身了,老师跑步超强,跑步机400米一圈跑了17圈,还是快速度那种,非常爱做仰卧起坐,本来还想来动感单车的人太多了,状况超好.我们一起来很多器材最后一个片,估计有360斤,哈哈实在不行,健身房特别爽.

我觉得老师不胖,120斤,应该练肌肉呵呵,一起加油.
