K K K K...... 初级每分钟180拍，中级220，高级240，老魔级300 2：左手画圆同时右手画三角 初级每分钟60下，中级120，高级240，老魔级350 先教各位这么多来日方长，请大家注意！以上各级我们都实践过！ 高级分家练习 1：左手画圆，右手画三角，左脚画方，右脚画菱形 又鼓的的看谱 1：R L R RL|R L R | K K | K K KK| 双手分家 1：R L RR L R LL | R L RR L R LL 以上是常用的 “分家”方法至少练到240 希望大家努力！&nbsp;The Single Paradiddle R L R R L R L L As before, start out slowly and with an open stick pattern. （象以前一样，开始很慢用开放的手型） Gradually speed up, stay relaxed, sustain for 2-5 minutes, slow down.
